Shipping Policy

At Candles Co, we're committed to getting your handcrafted candles and eco resin accessories to you safely and promptly. All orders are carefully packaged to protect fragile items during transit.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and handmade within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • Custom or private label orders may require additional time—we'll provide an estimated timeline upon confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Canada

  • We ship nationwide across Canada via Canada Post (tracked).
  • Standard shipping: Flat rate of $14.90 CAD for most orders.
  • Rates may be higher if the package exceeds 0.5 kg (calculated at checkout).
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (after discounts, before taxes).

United States

  • US shipping is available!
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location (via reliable carriers with tracking).
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (after discounts, before taxes).

Delivery Times

  • Once shipped:
    • Canada: 3-10 business days depending on your location (longer for remote areas).
    • US: 7-14 business days (customs clearance may add time).
  • Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs (for US), or carrier issues.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession. If issues arise, we'll assist with tracking and filing claims where possible.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—Candles Co is not responsible for undeliverable addresses or re-shipping fees.
  • Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees for US orders are the customer's responsibility.
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders.
